Hi! actually i am not looking for work @ google.
i just want to ask someone about seo related question and i want a word from a google employee.

i really hope to find answers as soon as possible. coz my client wants an answer directly from google.

You should post to the official Google Webmaster Forum. Not to say that Google employees don't post on this site, but I think you have a better chance with the Webmaster Forum.
