7 BILLION indexed Pages!

I just checked out a new web service that I had heard about: Radiux.com.

They already have 7.7 BILLION indexed pages according to my 'site:' -check!

How do they do that?
Do they have some sort of deal with Google?

7.7 Billion indexed pages? Would you say that this site is too old or you are just trying to promote Radiux.com
