retreiving web stats from the past?
I really don't know where to go to ask this... I have a domain hosted by godaddy and didn't realize their web statistics did not start automatically once the hosting started. I have now launched the stats. What I am asking is if there is any way I can retrieve the web traffic statistics from before I launched them? I really only need a simple hit count, with no more detail than that. I want to be able to honestly say that the site has had x numbe of hits since it was launched... I hope someone can help with this..

Unfortunately, there isn't a way for other people to accurately count the number of visitors to your website. Alexa tries to estimate stats, but if you have a new website then it is unlikely you could get any meaningful data from here. |
