How to add menu on google search result ?

Hello,
Im new to Google, and i want to ask how to make menu(i don't know it's name) on google search result.E.g : when you search on google with keyword : Google community
and found www.googlecommunity.com, there are list of link below,those are
Forums,Register Now,Members List,etc. How to make this menu in my website.

Sitelinks created automatically by an algorithm.. i believe its based on the popularity of internal page...

Google will display site links if the structure of the site allows Google's algo to create it or/and if the user's search query is relevant to those additional links.

Authority sites has an accurate content some of them are old sites.

If you really want that you must have keep on working to link build your site...

Age of the site has also a factor to earn that.because most of them are authority site.

You can's create by yourself its depend on google

Basically its provided to quality website those are appear in good ranking and have long time on search engines's
