This entire week is Staff Appreciation Week in our school district, and we have some fun, thankful activities for the teachers and other staff members. Also, I like Google's Doodle for today.

Damn....sometimes I wish I was still in High School or University...those were the times...
My friends in Sweden are probably having fun, showing appreciation for their teachers by arranging parties and stuff, and so are the youngsters here in Canada. The streets are crowded, everyone is pretty much doing something. I feel left out, I have no teachers here. Now, don't tell me to go to a random school and show spontaneous appreciation to a random teacher. Well, if the teacher is sexy and depending on your definition of 'appreciation'... I just might...

I teach a digital imaging class and we're filming stop motion movies this week. The students are working hard on it: that's appreciation enough!

Love the Google image. Is there any way to get that on a poster?

What, did I just missed that Google Doodle?? I didn't see it yesterday. Was it on the Google frontpage??
And no... nobody probably even knows about it, so we don't do anything.

In my country we celebrate teachers day on 5th Sept so at present no celebrations. Even on 5th sept i wont be celebrating as i am out of college long ago and i will just send some mails to my teachers wishing them
