Google Logo and St

Hi Folks

I started a Facebook page last week St David | Facebook and have been trying to generate some buzz in order to see if Google could create a Google Logo for St David's Day (patron saint of Wales). I have already emailed some folks at Google and left a message on the Blogoscoped forum to see if they could pass the message on.

So, if anyone knows anyone at Google, or if you work at Google could you please pass on the message: "Wales would like a Google logo on St David's Day"! And why not become a fan!

My question is about the google homepage.... when I log onto Google. ( iGoogle is what comes up, and I use as my homepage I don't understand where iGoogle came from instead of just plain Google, but it really doesn't matter.) Anyway, I love the different logo designs commemorating different holidays, special occasions, etc, such as yesterday on "earth day", the words "google", or it might have been "iGoogle", were wrapped with green foliage. These different designs and themes appear intermittently and randomly. My question is HOW TO GET THIS? I have looked everywhere in preferences, etc., and cannot find it! I actually had it at one time, and then suddenly disappeared. Once in awhile it just appears, like I said it appeared on "earth day"!! Does anyone know what I am referring to? Why is there no info on this charming preference? Does my problem have anything to do with my computer which is a Mac os x 10.4.11? Is it not available to Macs?
