Is Google base and frooogle the same ? When does a product start appearing in googlebase?

froogle and Product Search is the same they just renamed it and not Google Base... you have to upload your product to google base.. to appear in Product Search...

I also thought that Google Base is the new name of Froogle..Because that's the one I always see when I'm using this online database..
