Google don't count links to my site (2)

Hay all
I know there is a post asking the same question but it doesn't solve my problem, so I thought I should start a new one and be as specific as I can.
I work with www.broadwaybox.com it a family owned community website that offers discount codes to Broadway. Any way, we have been around for about 4 years now, and we know we have many sites linking to us . But when we are doing a google search for links to our site, with the link:http:// or just typing our URL, we get a link count of only 22 When we check how many sites mentioning our site we get a result of 800+ which in reality is much more, but it's much better then 22, and also many of these sites counted only as having our name on them are actually linking to our site.
Anybody have any idea to what is going on ? How can we make links to our site count with google ?
