All backlinks from a domain or only one of them?

Hi,

Let's say I have two websites:

Website A
Website B

On website A there are two pages:

page1.php
page2.php

And on these pages there is a link to Website B. I want to ask if Google will consider both these links (as inbound link for Website B) or only one and ignore other because they are from same domain?

I mean if a website has 10 pages pointing to same thing, will Google take into account all or only one of them?

i think it serves something like footer and header..

i think google will consider each link for each page as a inbound link

I think those are considered as backlinks but it's better to have backlinks on different sites than only in one site but different pages.
