Help regarding Google Webmaster Tool

Hi,

I added a new domain in my Google Webmaster Tool account. As you know it requires verification. You can chose one of the following methods:

1. Add a meta tag in site's page name

OR

2. Upload a file

Now the problem is my website is parked at SEDO so how can I verify it? I don't think I can access my site's meta tag or upload a file.Help!

whats the use of Google Webmaster Tool if your domain is parked..
