Google Analytics does not track the site

Hi

have a site say mysite .com (this is just example), and i have added google analytics code
to the index.aspx page of my site.

But it does not verify my site code.

if somebody comes to my site by typing mysite .com it actually
redirects to mysite.com/webui/index.aspx.

Is it something which causing problem?

Please help.
