google Analytics code does not track the site

Please solve my small problem also.

Hi,
I have a site say mysite(dummysite).com, and i have added google analytics code
to the index.aspx page of my site.

But it does not verify my site code.

if somebody comes to my site by typing mysite(dummysite).com , it actually
redirects to mysite.com(dummysite)/webui/index.aspx.

So inshort i have one folder webui and in that i have all the pages.
So i am copying the Analytics code in webui\index.aspx page and when i tried to verify, Google says it could not find the code

Please help to solve this issue.

try adding the code to the index files in both the directories..the root and the webui folder. should work.
