Newbie help please!

HI All, new to this site and it does indeed look like a good one. I need some help please with what is probably a very simple question but I'm baffled. Using the Google toolbar, I start a search, the first page of 1 - 10 returns comes up and then the page freezes. When I click on the next button, the page counter moves to 2, then, 3, etc., but the screen stays locked on page 1. Further, if I attemtp to execute a new search, the screen remains frozen on page one of the original search. What am I doing incorrectly. Thanks in advance, Bruce G
