Someone has leeched onto my organic results!

So when my site comes up on the organic search results....there is an address attached that is not mine.....when this address is clicked it pulls up a map with a competing companys ad.....see below. I am not affiliated with this Value Driving School at all. I signed up for a google business account and added the correct address and location. But this guy is still attached to my organic result. What kind of action can i take to get him removed?
