Improve Google Rankings Using CollaborativeRank
CollaborativeRank allows users to tweak Google rankings in a collaborative way to achieve even better rankings. Users who give particularly helpful/timely ranking suggestions will be rewarded by taking their ranking suggestions more seriously.

my experience was - do not obsessed with google ranking - it does help but it is not everything. If you do need to promote your site, you have to use lots of other means..spending too much time and money on ranking is nonsense...
