Google search error - Google_page_fix.exe

Hello

I have a problem with firefox or IE 7 and google:
-When i open mi browser with Google as startpage it shows me-->

http://img147.imageshack.us/my.php?image=startpagegooglerg4.jpg

The text "here" contains a link to www.google.es/google_page_fix.exe . Before downloading it...i prefer looking for help

-When i try to search something google shows me a 404 Error page in brown-red color

It seems to be a virus...but i scanned with 3 online and 2 installed in OS and no detections.

It only happens sometimes, after 2-3 minutes it works fine

I had reinstalled windows xp with all the acts. and i installed avast and ad-aware fully updated, i scanned all and nothing have been detected

P.D.: sorry for my bad english,can't do better, i'm from another "world"

Same problem has been happening to me.Not only on vista,but also on my mac.whenever i search something,it throws me 403 error asking me that it might have a spyware orr a virus.my comp is fully scanned by Ad-aware and AVG and not a single thing is found.It than asks me to verify the code to continue with the search results.Is this a problem from google or the browser(Firefox) or some bugs in my PC.
