Site Just Indexed But Still No PR

After 3 months my site was finally indexed (this week) according to google webmaster tools but I still have a PR 0. Is that normal?
Yes.....I do have inbound links...almost 300.

My website also have the same problem, google page rank is 0 for 3 months.

Have you submitted to SEO friendly directories like dmoz?

Build a good linkbase from high PR websites that are related to yours and your PageRank will increase.
