What's the LSI algorithm or formula Google is using ?

Does anyone know where I can get the detail information of the Google's LSI ranking algorithm formula ( … I guess it is commercial secret)? I fully understand what LSI is. However, I can not imagine how it is implemented into Google ranking algorithm, because LSI is based on VSM so does it mean Google computed the matrix of 6 billion ++ or maybe more web pages ? Thank you in advance for who ever replies.

Google is trying to slowly incorporate this NEW LSI search algo in which How strong a website's theme is counted and given top slots as against a lesss strong these for a particular keyword.
