Concerning the Google Video Upload Program

I wnt to ask ...


Why it is not allowing hotlinking urls like other hosting sites .. that was the question on my mind now as I'm dealing with this service.

Another question: how long does it take EXACTLY to approve the files uploaded ?


Last question: To view the files, It says:

In order to view the video you selected, you must first install the Google Video Viewer. 

New Google Video Viewer Features: 

Fast download (~1 MB) 
Play any video available on Google Video 
Won't interfere with other video players on your system 
After you install the Google Video Viewer, simply play the video you selected.

I think they r a bit restrict about the upload program.

Note that you're talking about the Video player for the system requirements not the upload system, anyone can upload a video. It can take a while for a video to be approved and I believe there is a hack to hack Google video so you can put the video on your site. BUT the main purpose of the Google Video program is not to host your videos so that they can be seen on your site. It's to host video content, make them searchable and view video on the web VIA their site.
