My assignment about Google

Hey,
I'm doing an assignment for my last grade at school, about Google. I thought you guys could help me find some useful and interesting information so I can talk about it in my assignment. Every little thing will be helpful. Mind that I'm not really interesting in Google's Pagerank Alghorith as this won't be interested at all for the normal people who don't know what Google really is. I'd like to collect some stuff like, history, evolution, impact of Google on the internet, etc etc. Anyway, thanks in advance =)

You could talk about how its expanded to cover such a large range of areas, both in the way of languages and services provided. Its competitiveness with other similar products. I'm sure somewhere around here is a list of all the domain google own.
