SAME SEARCH- DIFFERENT RESULTS IN GOOGLE..and more

I noticed that when i do a check for my website for images i find that 116 images were listed, but at the same time from a diffrent PC only 72 Images..., also we have noticed that some of our pages/ images at some pages we uploaded the last 3 months are not picked up by google yet.. can you please explain as to why we are getting diffrent results and also why some images and pages are not listed on Google.

chances are you are looking at seperate google datacenters.

That or the two machines have different prefrences.

or the query came from a machine that has personalized the home page and search preferences.

make sure youre not searching at
GOOGLE.COM and GOOGLE.COM.AU

this has different result.. google.com.au favors pages from local australia

on that note, make sure you arent using any of google geo specific searches. unless of course you happen to live there.

Also, safe-search preferences come into play...
