Generating pr for new site

I have a site which is only 2months old.........
It's pr is still 0 though i havent done links exchange with sites but what's stopping me to do that is as my site has pr 0 other site having good pr do not link exchange with new sites having 0 or low pr....

So i am stuck without pr no good link exchange and without link exchange no pr

what should i do???? my site is online games, chat and forum...... you can see the link in my signature.

And if any kind person have website with pr and want to link exchange with me plzzz pm me.

Submit your website to many free web directories, just search Google if you don't know any. Get on toplists maybe as well?
Your site is probably in Google's Sandbox right now, it could take about 4 month yet until you get a pagerank. Mind that Google doesn't update his PageRank very often, actually, not often at all.

actually a site of PR 0 does not really mean that it's not going up. because the way google calculates PR, a site with PR = 0.99999999 is still PR 0, just continue link building and you will soon be getting higher PR rank

also get as much traffic as possible, i find that traffic is most eisily gotten from friend referals to their friends and on
