Can Apple products use Google Wave even though it's open sourced?
Does Apple's closed-source environment inhibit its users from taking advantage of Google Wave the way Windows/Linux users will be able to?
How will this work, or does it not even apply in this sense? |

Not sure what you even mean here. How is Mac OS X any more closed-source than Windows? In fact, Mac OS X's kernel is open source, while Windows is completely closed-source.
Being open source or closed source doesn't really make a difference in this context anyway. You must be thinking of the iPhone where apps require approval from Apple to appear on the app store. You are free to install anything on OS X, just like you are in Windows. |
