I have been using google adwords keywords tool from long time and never really was disappointed with the results or accuracy.

You can use it because they are having real search result based keywords. So you can find real one and you can have mroe confident on that.

One thing u need to keep in mind, that is there is no tool is 100% accurate, but generally speaking Google keyworld tools's data is trust worth!
