Gmail skinned view reverts back to basic HTML!

Hi Googlers!

I think this problem started few days ago.

I am using Opera for Googling [I really dislike iExplorer, even FFox because they are slow in comparsion to Opera, IMHO] and this is what happens:

- I open Gmail and set Skin [coffee table] as default view.
- Work a bit, close and clear cache with CCleaner [CrapCleaner tool]
- Then start Gmail again but this time Skinned GMail reverts back to ugly Basic View [!!!].

- On my LapTop it does not happen. Only on Desktop. I have 3.2mbps iNet speed.

What on Earth...!?

How to SAVE settings so each time I log on anywhere my Gmail will be skinned?

p.s. I know I use Opera. Why it is not supported browser [according to your help file] when it is best & fastest coded tool for web? Tabbing, Back / Forward and page scroll [that is smoother] happens in less than a second while this crawls in other browsers]...
