Erasing Search History

How do i make it so that no previous search titles come up when i begin typing something into the google browser?

Don't know in Firefox, but in IE, just disable autocomplete.

In IE, look for the Autocomplete button on the "Content" tab in Internet Options. Uncheck the appropriate option(s).

The history seach feature is very useful to me , because it can remind me what I have done in the past, and got the useful information again which I have read past.
