Google has nobody for u to contact, only the email that they seldom reply!

That's too bad. I don't think I'd do that if I were Google's Owner— at least not with people (like me) who say they have a good idea to sell.

But, what do I know? They might have good reasons.

Why don't you directly go to google's office directly and even for an interview and inquire there if there is anyone who can listen your business plan.

Hi, Stephen. In fact I did think about that possibility, but, for some reason, I happened to run across "cangooglehearme.com". There I found the story of a guy (the site's Webmaster) who also had an idea for Google. He just went straight to their Headquarters with the goal in mind of not leaving there until being heard. He flew back home without presenting his idea to anybody because he had no appointment with anybody—and you can't get an appointment if you can't get a hold of someone that will give you one.

That's the reason why I dare not go to their office: I don't want the same thing happen to me.

I'd say Matt Cutts would be the first person who's close enought to public.
I have seen him on youtube and on other channels representing goole and promoting new features to the crowd, he's kinda "human" face to us.

I can't remember any other google official to go public, they are really "private" about everything.......so I wish I could help more...

Do you mean by going to their Headquarters physically or by filling out their "Business Proposal" form?

I tried the latter one twice but didn't work. The first choice seems to have not worked for others who tried it.
