Over 2 yrs., and i still can't understand why i'm on 4th page!

Hi, it's been over 2 yrs. i've had my website which is http://www.UnionShirtSupply. Can someone please help me! I am showing up on the 4th page with basic searches like "union made t-shirts". I come up on 1st page with just "union made shirts"

Is the two keywords have the same landing page? If yes, you must also promote the first keyword even if they have the same landing page..

Build backlinks with the anchor text as what keyword you are targeting.

You can start by cleaning up some of the coding on your site.

Then you can start adding some keywords in your keyword meta tags.

Then you can start adding unique titles and descriptions to each page.

Then you can invest in URL rewriting.
(instead of your URLS looking like this
Lifewear Union made t-shirts, sweatshirts, ALL USA COMPONENTS, Unite-Here! union bug, apparel (Powered by CubeCart).
They will look like
http://www.unionshirtsupply.com/stor...onMadeT-shirts
Or something of that nature. This helps include keywords in your URL's"

And above all. CONTENT, CONTENT, CONTENT.

You need more content on your homepage and perhaps make some optimized subpages to interlink to.

After all this is done "or during" depending on how much man power or resources you have, you must start obtaining inbound links from other site.

Relate all possible keyword like

T- Shirts, Union, T-Shirts, Union TShirts, Tshirts etc;

Search all these keywords and check whether you site appears in the search result when u search for these keywords/

BTW

did u add ur site in google/webmaster> they tell u what % people look your site, which keyword contains your site at which position.
