Website Traffic Loss!!

Hi,

I have found that since 2 to 3 weeks, my website traffics suddenly drop from Google SERP. My site is ranking in Google's 1st page but could not get more traffic on my targeted keywords.

Can any one help me?? Is it due to Google Caffeine update??

Yeah I would say back links is the way to go, maybe some other posts, ect.
