Google.co.uk ranking anomoly

I was hoping someone might be able to help with a problem we're having with our website. We're finding that while we are the top search result for our keyword on the google.com site, when searching in google.co.uk we haven't got any natural rankings. We have a .co.uk site that redirects to the .com site, and there are other search results for .com sites.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and how we can fix it?
