does google see underscores
Does GOOGLE see pages with an underscore in the name? like in "site_map": /http://www.denarend.com/site_map.htm

When google sees an underscore it combines the word so:
red_widget.htm would be read as : redwidget Versus a hyphen which would read: red widget Always always always use hyphen. Never use underscores! |

does GOOGLE see underscores
Thank you googler - that was the answer I was looking for. Now to either leave hundreds of underscores in my page file names on www.denarend.com or to change them with immediate lost pages in the search-engine results - but on the long run the separated words may help me in the search results - as they will be seen as words on which I want to be found.
