Site banned in Google

Hello everyone, this is my first post on here and have joined to find a answer.

My website www.swerve.co.uk has been in google for about 5 years and had good positions, however last month one day my site is no way to be seen any where on google, its not indexed any more.

We had a seo company who used to look after us, however when contacted they do not exist anymore! I believe they may have been using a technique not approved by google.

I now have another seo to clean up my source code and have submitted for re-inclusion in google. I have received a auto reply 3 weeks ago nothing since that.

Please visit the site and let me know if I need to do anything else as I don't know if the seo have cleaned everything to get back in google.

Also how long can it take to get back or will i ever?

I would say once the realized your actually here it would help... Something as big as Google can be alittle slow...

when i first submited my site, it took around more a little more than 3 weeks

I have my fingers crossed and hope i get back in as our sales have nearly halved, and it wont be long before I will be forced to lay staff of as I wont able to afford their wages.

Problem is there is no place to find out how long it will take.

I have this same problem. I REALLLLLLY need google to add me back asap. They won't reply. How will I know when they add my site again. This is stressing me out.
