they changed their logo because their are just being unique and creative...

I've watched it before on cable network that they have contest on making google logo. Only kids are qualify to join and they don't accept computerized entry.

I understand that they "change their logo based on the current ocassion". I am asking about why I am not able to get what they offer: the logos that change EVERY 10 SECONDS, or whatever time interval I choose!! Does anyone know this answer???
