Very Strange & Frustrating Google Search Anomaly

PHi

When I do a search on my home PC forspecific Keywords relating to my website below nothing comes up.

Yet when I do exactly the same search on my work PC it reveals the site as top of the listings?

Any ideas what's happening folks?BRThanks

Thanks for the reply.
This really surprises me.
Do I just wait and hope that the favourable listings from the one data center cascade down to the others? Is there anything I can actively do to produce a more consistent (if not 100%) result?
Cheers
