A quick search on here didn't bring anything up for this. I read about it a few months ago, but I haven't seen it discussed anywhere.

I can see why they wouldn't make it public (if it does exist). I can imagine the list of applicants they'd have.

I thought Google's search results weren't rigged, and the sites at the top were the sites that had earned their place there
