Page rank split effect?

I have 2 sites with 301 (old domains) pointing to the new domain. The new domain had PR 5, whilst the old ones had 0.

Now all have PR 2...

PR splitted? wtf?

And the most curious is that a great deal of internal pages of the main site now holds a PR of 4 when they had like 2, or 3 at the best.
To add up to the curiosity the content of theses PR 4 pages dont appear where a regular PR 4 content should on the searches.

I'm baffled. Google decided to mess up my life this year for sure.

Anyone with the same problem?

PageRank doesn't have that kind of meaning. It's only very vaguely connected with the rankings in search results.

"The new domain had PR 5, whilst the old ones had 0."
If your two OLD domains are the ones with PR 0, as you say, then there's no reason for them to affect the NEW domain which had PR 5 and is not PR 2. The 301 redirects FROM the OLD domains wouldn't have any effect, unless of course you redirected from the NEW to the old.

Is there any historical of the PR ratings of a site? I could show with the things more clearly. Like i said, BEFORE the last PR UPDATE, the 301 had PR 0, and the NEW had PR 5. AFTER the PR UPDATE, the 301s gained PR 2, and the NEW dropped to PR 2. It has to be some kind of explanation, i dont believe google PRalgo has some sort of randomness that would cause this.

This is the PR of the mainpage queried on all datacenters:
