How can I avoid forced country specific redirects?
Hi,
I really want to search google.com, but since I access the internet from Switzerland google always redirects me to google.ch which returns much different result sets than google.com. I know I can specify what language pages to search or exclude from searching in the standard preferences, but still does not accomplish what I want, which is to just search the regular google.com. Besides using an http proxy that is located in N America or something just to search google, does anyone know of a way to avoid the country specific forced redirects? Regards |
