Where to report a site?

I tried searching in google for a place to submit a site that is
abusing terms of service, but could not find one. Does anyone know of
any that exist? Thanks for your time.br

Keywords. the site is www.britney-exposed.net. the keywords are hidden behind their header. check html if you don't believe me as well.
