How do Google recognize?

I heared somwhere that google can recognize the topics, postings of forum.
and how do I find out that whether the forum I am posting in is recoginze by google or not..

I'm not too sure that I understand your question. Google doesn't answer questions on this forum, as this forum is "not sponsored by or affiliated with Google." Look up there ^. If you mean Googlebot crawling the site, it does regularly. Try rephrasing your question and I might be able to help you out better.

You could try to search Google to see if the site appears.
If you use the 'site:' parameter you should be able to get a better idea of how well Google crawls the site.
