Joanna Blythman's latest work exposes the bad habits of British eating lifestyles. As a nation we are eating more refined sugar, more processed junk food, less fresh food and making ourselves ill in the process. It's time to take back food preparation from the multi-nationals and bring it home to the kitchen.

In other words we shouldn't be eating stuff that comes in a bucket...
