looking for a business start up book

hi folks...i spotted a book in the library and book shop over here last year.around september october.its quite a large book. and quite a few pages writen by a male author. all i know it mentions inside about hoe ben & jerrys involve the community,and it talks about virgin and branson. its not a how to book....would really help if any one knows of it..got a darkish cover..by the way im in uk. thanks if any one could help.
