    Ender's Game, & its sequals

Ender's Game, my favorite book of all time.
    Anyone here read it?
If you havent you really should.
Its about a teenager who is taken up to space to train to become a solider to kill an alien race that threatens humanity.
I wont say anymore, but those who've read it, know why.
    Its by Orson Scott Card.

The sequals are just as amazing, my favorite is Children of the Mind.
I dont like the shadow series too much though.

Quite good book/world/story/series, although I really don't like how it promotes morality based solely on intentions.

Ender's Game is, in my opinion, one of the best science fiction novels of all time. It's one of the few books that I, literally, couldn't put down. I read it in one sitting. It took me maybe 11 hours. I started at about 11 at night and...I admit...may have still been reading when I should have been working the next morning. The sequals were interesting, and built well upon the foundation, but they didn't have the same umph the first one did.

I'm currently reading through an anthology of his short stories, you should try them out. They're very good.

I have. It was an interesting read. Although I don't understand why he had to put that adult language in it when it is mostly a book for children. I liked the ending the most - it was one of the biggest surprises. Anyways, I am waiting for its sequels to arrive, and to get in another adventure.

bryou wont be dissapointed, the sequals were really good. (as long as your talking about speaker for the dead, xenocide, and children of the mind, the shadow series wasnt too good i thought)brbr

brthe sequals to Ender's Game, with Ender, and val were very good, the Shadow series, i didnt like that one too much.brChildren of the Mind was my favorite, but, its currently the last one in the series, however, i dont think it ends the series too well, too many things left open.br/spanbr
