Dark Tower Series

I read the whole Dark Tower Series by Stephen King I thought it was pretty good. However I think he rushed the last book or two because he was starting to feel bad with all the letters he was getting from people who wanted him to finish the book before they died. The ending while very original and not what I expected was somewhat dissapointing... What do you all think?

haven't read the dark tower series yet

span style="color: rgb(191, 0, 191);"font size="4"span style="font-family: Verdana;"i haven't read the DARK TOWER series yet, though it's on my "to be read" list. my fav stephen king book is HEART IN ATLANTIS. i like his short stories better than his long novels, though the stories in H I A were interconnected. i never saw the movie, though i plan on doing that, too.brShalom,brrebbetzinbr/span/font/span

I completely agree. The last Dark Tower book was probably the worst series-ender I've ever read.

King totally copped out in the last 2 books and tried to wrap everything up with some really stupid plot twists.

Sorry if I sound bitter, but 18(?) years is way too long to wait for such a crappy ending. Not sure when the first one came out, but I know I was in 8th grade when I read it and I'm 32 now.
