Promote your websites thru free classified ads and advertising sites such as craigslist.org and gumtree.com. Just choose the most relevant category for your site.

I'd say, first of all, you have to clearly see the idea of your web site, then look who is doing similar, what are their keywords, how are you going to compete with them ...

Then make unique contents, start advertising by getting back links, submit in forums, get more people to know about your site.....that's the idea of SEO.

The answer you're looking for, is not something that I can explain in two words, make a research about SEO basic work principles on the internet and anyone here would love to answer on a specific question.

Promote your site through forums, classified ads (craigslist, gumtree etc.), through blogs, article and press release. Get more quality backlink and update your content

much better if you would search for a site where can you find techniques in optimizing a site.. then get back here and ask for some specific questions...

all i can advice is get as much backlinks as you can, much better if it is related and update your sites regularly... search engines love fresh contents!
