i need that some one help me extracting my ($12.00) from an affiliate program that only pay at paypal accounts.

i need this little amount of money at my moneybookers account because i don't have a paypal account .

please help me if you have both accounts moneybookers and paypal , it will be easy, i will send this money at your paypal account and you will give me the same at my moneybookers account, i want to buy a domain name and i don't have money atall so i will be very happy if you can help me . . . .
