English class

I'm so totally confused. Last friday I had another English class and we did some grammar excersises. I can't type English anymore. All I keep thinking is: should it be in the present perfect, simple past, simple present, present continuous or or past perfect (am I missing a tense?).

I never used to think about grammar, because I'm not very good at it and all it does is confuse. Now I'm so totally confused!

I do like English class though, besides the presentations, I hate that. Just wanted to share that English class is confusing me...

hi tokkolo,
your confusion is not about english. It is an anxiety syndrome to excel that makes the confusion. Avoid anxiety and you will excel!!

Thanks for the advice.

How are you guys doing? Do you have an English class? And if you do, what are you learning? Do you like it?

Besides the grammar, spelling en pronouncation (sp?) my class mainly focusses on presentations and writing a long essay (1000 words). I don't really like to do either, but if I want to start my English master next year, I'll have to pass this class. I am learning a lot, so that's good.

Dude, you spelled a lot as 2 words (rather than "alot") and you know what present perfect etc. is.
That's more than many of us westerners know.

Alot, is one word. Yup, I have to do English too, and I have to do a presentation at the moment, about animal abuse. I think my school's obssesed with animal abuse...I had to do a presentation about animal abuse last year. The tenses are past, present and future.
