Tungsten T5 handheld

im not very good with computers and im planning on buying a handheld can someone tell me if this is good?

The newly introduced Tungsten T5 handheld comes with 256MB of flash memory (215MB user available)and runs the T5 runs Palm OS Garnet v5.4, for an estimated US price of US$399. The flash memory protects information even if the device loses its charge, and doubles as a portable flash memory drive. It also comes with palmOne's highest-resolution 320x480 color screen and Bluetooth wireless technology.

Flash memory, a form of electronic memory, is used for easy and safe information storage. Its low power consumption and light weight make flash memory ideal for mobile devices. In addition, flash memory holds information without a charge or power, just like a memory card saves pictures when not connected to a digital camera. The flash memory in the Tungsten T5 handheld will maintain its data, even when the power is exhausted.

A new File Transfer application allows users to transfer files between the Tungsten T5 handheld and desktop/laptops by using a drag-and-drop metaphor. A live desktop window gives users instant access to data and information stored in the handheld's internal flash memory. By selecting a special Drive Mode computers can see the Tungsten T5 as a external USB storage device (flash drive).

DataViz Documents To Go 7.0 is paert of the bundled software, giving the ability to create and edit Word and Excel compatible files and view and carry PowerPoint files with no desktop conversion required (native mode). A new Favorites view makes it easy to sort and organize business and personal information, while a new Files application displays folders and files.

Documents, PowerPoint presentations, diagrams and even videos can be viewed in landscape or portrait mode. The handheld is based on an Intel 416MHz XScale processor. The Tungsten T5 body is plastic and measures 4.76 x 3.08 x .61 inches (120 x 78 x 15.5 mm) and weighs 5.1 ounces (145 grams).

Being introduced with the Tungsten T5 handheld is a host of new accessories, including a Tungsten T5 Hard Case, Tungsten T5 Leather Case, Tungsten T5 USB Cradle Base, Tungsten T5 Cradle Kit and Combo Stylus with Pen Multipack.

palmOne's Tungsten T5 handheld has an estimated U.S. street price of US$399 and will be widely available from 3 November from the palmOne online store and select retail stores worldwide. The company also announced a US$50 price reduction of the Tungsten T3 handheld.
