My idea for what an email client should be...

Hello. I wrote this little article this morning:br

It outlines what I think the next-gen email client/web-based email site
should do. It combines the best of del.icio.us and email in to one idea.br

What do you think? Gmail does this to a small degree, but not nearly as immersive.brdepbrbr

Tag clouds are prettiful!

Yes, GMail is pretty good, I agree. They only thing they need to change would be the font size and/or bold or underline or whatever of the tags. They would also have to put in a tag box to put tags in. That might take a little while to make, though.

And I disagree that email is clumsy. Instant messaging isn't useful if you are talking to someone on the other side of the world, they will never be awake at the same time.
