This incident showed the importance of maintaining and regulating gun control and ownership. Guns in the hands of lunitics like the Montreal shooter become deadly weapons. It is important for government and its agencies to monitor where these firearms are located and whoever purchased them. People who buy firearms should be thoroughly checked of their background and their mental condition. Let this unfortunate event serve as a painful learning experience.
