Gambling comments all over blog

I am using a blog powered by WordPress. Lately, I've been getting spammed with comments to articles from some kinds of gambling/online-casino companies. These are really annoying especially when I have people who actually don't post crap there. I tried using the option where you can block certain words, but what else could I do to stop this. Thanks.

If you're using WordPress 1.2.1, you can add the plugin wp_blacklist... Got that info through googling... =)

i just use the Mass Edit Mode and delete them (they are put into moderation queue using filter words so nobody sees them)
